Phenomenal 2BR with Scenic Sea-View from ALL rooms!

Negative: Slechte tot geen communicatie… zelf dagen achter ze aan moeten lopen. Uiteindelijk EEN DAG voor aankomst te horen gekregen dat ze de boeking moesten annuleren. Kan altijd wat gebeuren maar de communicatie vooraf was al slecht. Als je dan al moet annuleren wees dan even duidelijk en vlot.

The worst experience I had with booking.com so far Negative: The property was not available (real?) when we arrived. We were left with family and little kids with no other choice than taking very expensive last minute hotel among the one available. Agency was totally unresponsive, I was informed of all this at the last minute after spamming all possible numbers I could find at the agency, half of them being out of service. paying 2 months in advance with no refund for this. Haven't been refunded yet by booking.com and customer support ignores my messages. Don't waste your time and nerves on this one, there are other good opportunities at BlueWaters where we've been earlier, don't get lured by the price and nice pictures.
