Don't Stay here Positive: There was nothing redeeming about the property. Do not stay here unless you want poor value for money and lack of essential apartment services like water and gas (see below). Negative: Cleaners eating a very smelly lunch in the apartment whilst we were moving in. (not cleaning) Lack of hot water in two bathrooms and kitchen. The water heaters were disconnected before we arrived (as told to us by the maintenance man) and therefore showed the property was already faulty and no-one had made effort to fix or inform us before taking our money or moving in. No Gas - therefore no way of cooking on the stove/using the oven. We were told by maintenance the gas bill had not been paid. Again the vacation property company must have known about this - yet still took our money and expected us to go into a self catered apartment with no way of cooking. The kettle on first use - melted the plug and filled the apartment with a noxious smell - probably would have started a fire if we had not stopped it. Initially Access card did not work and there was always an interrogation to get past the security guard. Curtain pole falling down. No table (s) - whether dining or coffee table - so no where to put a mug or anything. One elevator not working, other two were very slow - you could be waiting for upto10 minutes to get anywhere - hence why there are chairs outside the lifts. Beds extremely hard and uncomfortable - we discovered they had a hard wood side which was up - and the soft side of the mattress was not showing because it had in burn marks. When we turned the mattress over to try and make it more comfortable we realised the cleaners had not cleaned under the bed - it was filthy and disgusting. The entry code to the door was so basic - it would not be surprising if others in the corridor knew it. In the apartment opposite, there were multiple occupants sharing and frequently stood outside watching us as we came in and out of the apartment. A little unnerving. Apart from 2 or 3 small bottles of bathroom amenities - no other amenities provided like washing up liquid, bin bags, tea towels, wash cloths. We have requested a refund but still awaiting a response.

Positive: La sympathie du personnel de sécurité, le nettoyage régulier des extérieurs, l'entretien en général du bâtiment. Negative: Seulement 1 à 2 ascenseurs sur 3 qui fonctionnaient. Le logement de bonne taille avec 2 chambres, 2 SDB et 3 WC, est resté dans son jus. Une restauration s'imposerait surtout au niveau de la cuisine.
