Positive: I have a very bad experience with them , they didn't give me the apartment I paid for, they said the owner donāt want to make check out from the apartment , I wait more than 4 hours Even though the problem stemmed from them, nobody cared.

I checked out one day earlier and moved to another hotel. That's how bad it was.
