A great experience that could be improved with better customer service Positive: I loved the location, the facilities and the spacious livingroom Negative: I had to wait for about an hour near the security checkpoint before being allowed in, as the host took some time to resolve the issue with access. Regardless of the reason, I believe it's the host’s responsibility to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for guests, so there's definitely room for improvement in customer care. The interior feels a bit dated, and the curtains were stuck and difficult to move—minor inconveniences, but worth mentioning. On the positive side, the view from the property was fantastic, and the swimming pool was excellent. I didn’t use the TV, but the WiFi worked well throughout my stay. Despite a few setbacks, I was overall satisfied with the experience.
