Check in ruined the stay Positive: The space itself was clean and tidy. Negative: We were informed to be there at a certain time. Security didn't want to let us in. We had to wait two hours for the guy with the key to show up. He kept on saying he is on his way, but we waited in the lobby for that long. The security refuse to let us leave the bags so we could go have lunch somewhere so we just has to sit there and waste out time. Once they finally got there we had to do the check in again, at this point we are already done with the whole experience. Altough we paid online we still had to pay another 1000 cash for deposit. My husband told them we waited so long and they kept on saying we are almost there how long would it take the next day to get it back. I paid it, but my husband was right. I said we will check out at 10:30, 10:45 the man showed up so I was late for my 11am appointment. You need a lot of patience and time since you don't know when you'll actually be let in. Won't use this company again.
