Cramped and Unclean Positive: The agent managing the property was very helpful when prompted to take action. Access was via electronic lock and agent provided passcode and video demonstration which made it easy. I would consider other properties from these agents, just not this place again. Negative: Place was dirty. Furniture stained, long strands of hair of different colours on furniture and carpets/rugs. Outside furniture unusable due to sun damage. No spare bed linens (we booked it for over 1 month) which was very unusual. Linens were promptly provided when requested after a few days. Location for access to Downtown Dubai / Dubai Marina Area is poor with heavy traffic along routes from Qudra, well connected to Al Ain and Dubai South. Place is badly furnished for the size of the property (very small inside with bulky furniture). We were a family of 5 with a long stay, place may suit a family of 3 or 2 couples better for a long stay.

Disappointing Positive: Convenient location. Wilson was attentive and polite Negative: In details it stated it had a private pool - a communal pool in a complex is not the same things as a private pool. The door in one of the bedrooms could not close as the bed was too big for the room. In the other room could not get to the cupboard as the side table was in the way. The beside lamp only worked in one bedroom. The other rooms the plugs were not anywhere near the bed. There were slivers of glass on the shower floor - cut my hand picking it up.
