Cozy 2BR Apartment in Marina With Pool and Gym

Negative: Rating: 1 out of 10 Horrible experience. Would never recommend. I stayed at “Cozy 2BR Apartment in Marina with Pool & Gym” from April 14 to 28, 2025, and it was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had — and I travel frequently for work. The gym was completely out of order. All the equipment was broken, not usable at all. The mattresses were like concrete. I had to purchase two additional mattresses and toppers for both bedrooms just to be able to sleep — cost me an extra 2,000 AED out of pocket. The apartment was filthy. Dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, stained furniture and bedding. Clearly no proper cleaning was done before my check-in. Terrible noise insulation. I couldn’t sleep due to constant noise from the street, elevators, and neighboring units. Customer service was non-existent. Requests were ignored, no one responded, and linen was never changed as promised. Deposit scam. I was charged a 2,000 AED deposit + 70 AED card fee. They returned only 1,996.85 AED and “lost” the remaining 3.15 AED. They promised an immediate refund after check-out — it’s been 3 days, and I’m still chasing them with no result. Conclusion: Beautiful photos, but a total scam in reality. No comfort, no service, no accountability. Avoid at all costs
