A completely disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Positive: Agent couldn't be contacted and security weren't even aware of the property details so 3 hours was wasted trying to gain access and eventually we gave up and made other arrangements.
Negative: Lack of information at the property regarding access details and agent not picking up the phone to rectify the situation.
